Police reports tell the tale of 9-1-1 call from a man saying he had been robbed at gun point and his car stolen. At the scene it got more interesting when he replied to a question about why he was at the location and he responded that he had come there to buy crack cocaine with a credit card and things hadn’t worked out.
Then the report came back on his car. Police in Lapeer, Michigan wanted to know why it was being reported stolen. The car had been reported stolen in their city.
The unidentified suspect is currently being held in the local jail while police sort out the details.
