Worried about the H1NI virus? Small potatoes in the bugs that can make you really sick and kill you when compared to methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, better known as MRSA. This bacterium has become entrenched in American hospitals and living up to Darwin’s expectations has developed two new strains according to a report in the journal Emerging Infectious Diseases.
MRSA has spread from U.S. hospitals into the general community according to researchers. MRSA is one of the most common causes of hospital-acquired infections. It can also now be picked up in schools, at fitness centers and, according to the researchers, any place you happen to pass by.
Symptoms range from abscesses to blood borne infections that can kill quickly.
The researchers estimate that 20,000 people in the United States die each year from MRSA, and treating MRSA can range from $3,000 to more than $35,000 per case.
Our health care system, if it can not drive you into bankruptcy it does its very best to give you a fatal disease that will drain your resources further or just kill you.
