What do you do with an elderly woman who is speeding in a construction zone.  A Texas cop pulled her over and then when the 72-year-old woman became “combative” according to the cop he shot here with a taser.  Here is the video report, unfortunately the cops won’t release the dashcam, from FOX affiliate KTBC in Austin, TX
